To Book

1. If you wish to make a booking, please call us on 01371 878005
or email us to check availability.

2. We will provisionally book your agreed dates for one week until receipt of a completed Booking Form and payment of 20% deposit.

3. All payments must be by cheque made payable to Mrs. J. Lawrence.

4. We will confirm your booking by post as soon as deposit is received.

5. Payment for the balance of your holiday must be received at least 6 weeks prior to commencement of your stay.

6. A damage deposit of £150.00 is payable with the final balance. This will be refunded to you once we have confirmation that everything is in order.

7. Please leave the house as you would wish to find it!!

8. Refund of deposit or full payment on cancellation will only be made if the reserved weeks are successfully re-let. You should make your own arrangements for cancellation insurance.

9. The property will be ready for you to take over from 4.00 p.m. Please note that you should vacate the house by 10.00 a.m. on the morning of departure.

10. Bedlinen and towels are not included.

11. All electricity, water and calor gas is included.

12. We regret that we cannot accept any PETS.

13. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive directions for finding the property and details for collection of keys.

14. Please note that you must not exceed the stated number of occupants.
