Cresse

In the delightful village of Cresse you will find that all important traditional French patisserie for the morning bread plus a very good charcuterie. Cresse also boasts a 16th Century church which is quite a landmark and a very nice park. The village's communal tennis courts and a football pitch are also within a couple of minutes walk.

There are many other English people in and around the village and we are all made to feel very welcome. We are very frequently included in local events and celebrations.

The general aura of the property is one of relaxation and homeliness whilst being at the centre of a very friendly French community. We fully intend to retire out there some day!!

There are many local bars within a short distance of the house. Our favourite is Albannach which is situated in the village of Siecq some ten minutes drive away.
